Specimens are available for calibration and the functional check of instruments, specifically studied for profilometers; upon request calibration certificates are released. Our calibration specimens which are prompted by the Profile Studio software during machine’s calibration are divided in two areas: the first area where the measurement of the tilted plane is taken, determines the geometry of the measuring arm and compensates the non-linearity of the sensor; the second area, where the cylinder is measured, determines the tip's shape and verifies this is suitable to take accurate measurements.

This form is only accessible to Admin Logins only. o Job Details: Operator to select correct Bearings Names/Types the rest of the fields in the form will auto populate themselves based on the Bearing Type/Name selected. o Message window in the measurement form guides the User to perform measurements at ease. The Data Grid below will auto Refresh itself after every measurement. The last measurement features at the top of the list.
