MZ Cylinder for Cylindricity analysis, LSL and MZ Lines for Straightness analysis., Option to the User is able to omit unwanted data and carry out analysis with remaining data. Measured data can be saved, retrieved and re-analyzed to any of the available conditions as desired by the user.

Specimens are available for calibration and the functional check of instruments, specifically studied for profilometers; upon request calibration certificates are released. Our calibration specimens which are prompted by the Profile Studio software during machine’s calibration are divided in two areas: the first area where the measurement of the tilted plane is taken, determines the geometry of the measuring arm and compensates the non-linearity of the sensor; the second area, where the cylinder is measured, determines the tip's shape and verifies this is suitable to take accurate measurements.
